Searching and Adding Items
The main POS screen is where transactions are built by finding and adding merchandise. TORO offers three methods: text search, barcode scanning, or category browsing.
Search Methods
By Typing
Tap the search bar and start typing. TORO searches as you type. Select from matching results.
By Barcode
Scan the item's barcode directly. TORO instantly looks up the barcode and adds the item. If multiple SKUs match, select the correct one.
By Category
Tap Categories on the main screen. Select a category group. Tap items to add them.
Quantity and Removal
After adding items, select them to adjust quantity using controls or by typing a specific number. To remove, select the item and tap Remove or Delete.
