Our #1 goal with support is to be efficient. In addition, it is to keep the cost of support at a minimum. We have been able to NEVER raise our support fee since our creation. This is largely due to how we do support and are constantly adjusting it to keep it efficient.

When you have an issue, we need you to stop and ask yourself it if is an emergency or not. Emergency means you cannot start TORO or you are not able to receive money for transactions.
If it is an emergency, message immediately on WhatsApp or call us.
If not an emergency, then go through these steps:
1) Want the quickest fix? Submit an Issue Report.
- On almost every screen in TORO there is a HELP menu in the top right. Click there and select ‘Submit Issue Report’. This is the most efficient way to get things done.
2) Need to talk? Schedule a support call by finding a time that works for all of us.
