📦 Quick Inventory: Box Count Multiplier

Count boxes, not individual units. Quick Inventory now understands boxes. When you scan or select an item that has a Master SKU defined (e.g., a box of 10), a new Input Box Count field appears. Type how many boxes you have and the system instantly calculates the total — the formula shows live below the field (e.g., “3 x 10 = 30”). Press Enter to apply. This works on both the initial count screen and the adjustment screen, so whether you’re doing a full inventory or just adding stock that came in, you can count by the case instead of doing mental math. Coupons now have their own lane in the sales tax report. Coupons and customer discounts now live in their own product category — “System Coupon” — separate from non-taxable product sales. This gives you a cleaner breakdown: the Non-Taxable column shows only actual non-taxable product sales, while coupons and discounts are tracked on their own. A new View Coupons & Discounts button (with the total right on it) lets you drill into every coupon and discount line item for the month. 🌐 TORO Retailers Map: 3-Tier Visibility

Pins, profiles, and gold stars — each store earns its spotlight. The retailer map now has three tiers of store visibility. Stores that haven’t opted in show as a simple pin with no details — they’re on the map but anonymous. Stores that consented show their name and contact info when clicked. And featured stores with an approved review get a gold star and a full popup with their testimonial. The store review prompt also now includes a “Your Title” field so you can choose how you’re credited — “Owner,” “Manager,” “Tobacconist,” whatever fits.

🔍 New ARM Report: Item Customer History

See exactly who’s buying any item — and how much they’re spending. Open any item’s details and click “Customer Purchase History” to see every customer who’s ever purchased it. The report shows purchase counts, total spending, date of last purchase, and average spend per visit — with a top-15 chart showing your biggest buyers at a glance. Sort by any column, search for specific customers, and export the whole thing to CSV. Also available from the ARM hub under Customer reports. 👥 Employee Settings: Fully Active

The settings you configure now actually control what happens. The Employee Settings system introduced in v810 is now fully wired in. Every employee rule — comp limits, discount limits, pay rates, clock-in requirements, and more — now reads directly from the Employee Settings matrix. Change a setting and it takes effect immediately everywhere in the app. No restart, no delay. Three new settings join the lineup: Require Clock In — controls whether an employee gets a clock-in prompt at login. Default is ON for everyone. Turn it off for owners or part-timers who don’t need the nudge — they can still clock in manually from the Employee menu. Show Statistics — controls whether an employee can see customer account statistics (purchase history, recommendations, top items) in the Account Finder. Default is OFF globally, ON for Admins. Keeps sensitive customer data visible only to the people who need it. The Access Level Defaults editor now includes a summary in the bottom-right corner showing how many active employees are in each role, with click-to-view details. Stop getting pinged about $0.03 gift card balances. Virtual Gift Card notifications are useful — but not when they fire for every customer with a few pennies left from cash rounding. Now you can set a minimum balance threshold. Set it to $25 and your employees only get notified when a customer’s gift card balance is actually worth mentioning.
