SUPPORT CALL PREPARTATION

Thank you for scheduling a call!

To prepare for you call and assist us in following up with you after the case, please do the following…

  1. Create an Issue Report within your software.
    • Go to the window you are having the issue with.
      • You can create an Issue Report from anywhere, but if you do it from the specific window you are having the problem/question about, then it will notify us.
    • Top right corner of the window, select HELP and then ISSUE REPORT.
  2. Go to WhatsApp and send 610-331-0013 a video message showing the problem/question. In this message also reference your Issue Report and Date and Time of your support appointment.
    • For example, you just scheduled an appointment for July 9th @ 3pm and the Issue Report is #22. After you send a message that says “7/9 3pm #IR22”
      • The #IR22 allows us to search the messages and video relevant information to help out with the call.
