Remote Access Setup
Let us connect to your system remotely so we can diagnose and fix issues in real time, no waiting for a site visit.
TeamViewer Setup
TeamViewer allows our support team to see your screen and control your mouse and keyboard to fix issues directly. Follow these steps to get set up.
Download and Connect
- 1
Visit https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/ and download TeamViewer QuickSupport (not the full version).
- 2
Run the downloaded file. No installation is required -- QuickSupport runs as a portable application.
- 3
When TeamViewer QuickSupport opens, you will see a 'Your ID' number and a 'Password' displayed on screen.
- 4
Call us at 610-331-0013 or message us on WhatsApp and provide your TeamViewer ID and password.
- 5
Our technician will connect to your system. You will see a notification and can watch everything we do on screen.
- 6
You can end the session at any time by closing the TeamViewer QuickSupport window.
How to Reset Your TeamViewer Password
If you shared your password previously and want to generate a new one for security, follow these steps.
- 1
Close TeamViewer QuickSupport completely.
- 2
Reopen TeamViewer QuickSupport. A new password will be generated automatically.
- 3
If the password does not change, go to the TeamViewer QuickSupport menu and select 'Extras' then 'Options'.
- 4
Under the 'Security' section, click 'Reset password' or set a custom password.
- 5
Share the new credentials with our support team when ready.
Google Meet
For video-based support, training sessions, or when you need to show us your physical hardware setup, we use Google Meet.
Joining a Video Support Call
- 1
We will send you a Google Meet link via email or WhatsApp.
- 2
Click the link to open Google Meet in your browser. No Google account is required to join.
- 3
Allow camera and microphone access when prompted. You can turn off your camera if you prefer.
- 4
Point your camera at your screen or hardware if we need to see the physical setup.
- 5
For screen sharing, click the 'Present now' button at the bottom of the Meet window and select 'Entire screen'.
