INTERNET ISSUES

FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO GET TORO IN OFFLINE MODE

  1. Internet is completely out

    • Open File Explorer
      • Method 1: In the search bar of Windows at the bottom of your screen, click in there and type “Explorer”
      • Method 2: Hold down the WINDOWS Key (next to your spacebar) and hit the letter “E”
    • Once open, click on “THIS PC” on the left. 
    • Then double click on “C:”
    • Then double click on “HellasBAE”
    • Once in that folder, you will see a file called “internet.txt”. Double click on that to open it. 
    • Change the last row of this file to be a 1 instead of a 0
    • Click File on the menu bar, and select Save.
      • THIS IS VITAL IN WINDOWS 11. It does NOT save when you click the X in the top right corner to close Notepad. This is very confusing, but it doesn’t save. YOU MUST SELECT “FILE” AND THEN “SAVE”.
    • Close the File
    • Restart TORO

  2. Internet is running slowly

    • Open File Explorer
      • Method 1: In the search bar of Windows at the bottom of your screen, click in there and type “Explorer”
      • Method 2: Hold down the WINDOWS Key (next to your spacebar) and hit the letter “E”
    • Once open, click on “THIS PC” on the left. 
    • Then double click on “C:”
    • Then double click on “HellasBAE”

  3. TORO Cloud is DOWN

    • Open File Explorer
      • Method 1: In the search bar of Windows at the bottom of your screen, click in there and type “Explorer”
      • Method 2: Hold down the WINDOWS Key (next to your spacebar) and hit the letter “E”
    • Once open, click on “THIS PC” on the left. 
    • Then double click on “C:”
    • Then double click on “HellasBAE”

    • Change the last row of this file to be a 5 instead of a 0
    • Click File on the menu bar, and select Save.

    • Close the File
    • Restart TORO
