Payment Methods
ACH Bank Transfer (Preferred)
PreferredDirect bank transfer is our preferred payment method. It is simple, secure, and avoids credit card processing fees. We will provide our bank details during onboarding so you can set up a recurring transfer.
Credit Card
We accept all major credit cards for monthly payments. Note that standard processing fees apply when paying by credit card. ACH is recommended to avoid these additional costs.
Common Billing Questions
When is my monthly payment due?
Monthly payments of $119 are due on the same date each month, starting 30 days after your go-live date. You will receive an invoice via email 5 days before each payment is due.
How do I set up autopay?
Contact us at thrive@ToroCigarPOS.com and we will help you set up automatic payments via ACH. Once configured, payments will be drafted automatically each month so you never have to think about it.
Where can I find my invoices?
Invoices are sent to the email address on file each month. If you need a copy of a previous invoice, email us at thrive@ToroCigarPOS.com and we will send it to you within one business day.
What does the monthly fee include?
The $119/month fee includes unlimited software updates, unlimited phone and email support, remote assistance, data backups, and access to all new features as they are released. There are no hidden fees or per-transaction charges.
What does the upfront cost cover?
The $5,000 upfront investment covers the full TORO POS software license, initial configuration, data import, and comprehensive training for you and your staff. This is a one-time cost -- you own the software.
Are there any additional fees?
No. There are no transaction fees, no per-employee fees, no feature unlock fees, and no surprise charges. The only costs are the upfront license and the monthly support and updates fee.
